Antimicrobials, Pesticides & Biocides

Our experts can help you identify whether your products or articles fall within the scope of global pesticides or biocides legislation – and support you in becoming compliant.

Global use of biocides is widespread and covers industries from oil refineries to textile manufacture and from disinfectants to pest control. Ensuring continued marketing of biocides requires knowledge of the regulatory requirements in each territory, including scope issues, data requirements and submission requirements, as well as close monitoring of relevant active substances.

We provide more than 10 years of experience in supporting clients with the preparation of active substance approval product authorisation dossiers including communicating with competent authorities and providing advice with a regulatory strategy to facilitate access to the market globally.

How Can We Help?

A company’s Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR) obligations will be dictated by the status of the evaluation of the active substance(s) contained within their Biocidal products. Marketing requirements for biocidal products differ depending on this active substance approval status. Once an active substance is approved biocidal products will then be subject to product authorisation. Below are the relevant services we provide:

*Global: We also provide applicable biocides/pesticide services for other global regions. Let us know more about the assistance you require and we can help advise.
