Hulshof Protein Technologies, part of the Sopraco Group is producing beef protein under the brand name Collapro® Bovine in the Netherlands and it is an established company for many years, with excellent meat experts in their or-ganization.
HARKE FoodTec is a specialist in functional ingredients for the meat, fish, poultry, vegetarian and bakery industry and has an European distribution network with own subsidiaries in Belgium, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Russia, Tur-key and United Kingdom.
