Specialty chemicals distributor, Bodo Möller Chemie positioned to achieve global growth targets

The German-headquartered Bodo Möller Chemie Group is looking to achieve a turnover in excess of of EUR 100 million for the first time in 2018. Over the last two years, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group has increased sales by 20%, accompanied by a significant expansion of its global footprint, and the company has ambitious long-term goals including increasing worldwide revenues to more than EUR 150 million within 5 years.

“We are in an very good position to further expand our worldwide business”, explained Frank Haug, CEO of the global specialty chemicals group. The company cites new emerging markets such as Electro mobility (E-Mobility) and 3D-printing as key drivers for its future growth. In the USA as well as in Asia and Europe, electric vehicles are gaining more and more importance and have different demands on production and materials. “The need for specialized know-how in the use of adhesives and sealants is growing. In addition to the application knowledge, our concept also provides the products and we perform an important role for the industry as a solution provider”, Frank Haug added.

In the distribution of specialty chemicals, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group has now gained over four decades of experience. In addition to cooperations with some of the world's leading manufacturers of sealants, adhesive or potting compounds, the Bodo Möller Group also has its own production facilities and facilities for product testing.
