TER Chemicals Distribution Group forms Italian subsidiary, TER Italia S.r.l.
The TER Chemicals Distribution Group has announced that its Italian specialty chemicals business has been transferred into a newly created subsidiary, TER Italia S.r.l., effective September 1, 2015. With this step the TER GROUP aims to further expand their chemical distribution activities deeper in to Southern Europe.

Oliver Zimmermann, CEO of TER Chemicals Distribution Group, commented: “It was only a question of time to found a company in Italy as one of the major European markets and serve its highly attractive demand. Our new branch in Milan will further increase the market penetration of TER Chemicals in Europe.
