TER GROUP expands its US distribution operations with the acquisition of Keim Additec Surface USA, LLC
The TER GROUP have announced that they have acquired a 49% holding in KEIM ADDITEC Surface USA, LLC., based in LaGrange, Illinois. KEIM ADDITEC Surface USA was founded in 2004 as the sales and distribution arm of KEIM ADDITEC Surface GmbH, a specialist producer of water-based wax additives(ULTRALUBE® products), as well for sister company, Silcona (SILCO high performance additives).

The deal adds to the Ter Group's existing activities in North America. The company already owns Gehring-Montgomery, a distributor of fine and specialty chemicals founded in 1984 which operates from state-of-the-art facility in Warminster, Pennsylvania and servres commercial manufacturers in the automotive, coatings, adhesives, food, and personal care industries.
