PROCHIMAG S.A.R.L. was founded in June 1984 with the main activity of representing foreign companies in Morocco for a range of chemicals to various industries and sectors.

In 1989 after strengthening its position in the Moroccan market and abroad the company expanded its market position by diversifying its business with the launch of the first imports of raw materials for distribution. The development of good supplier relationships led to the signing of exclusive representation contracts with a number of foreign suppliers located throughout Europe.

In 2009 PROCHIMAG society was acquired by PMS International thereby strengthening its leadership position for the distribution of chemicals in the Maghreb area.

Today, PROCHIMAG is a full line chemical distributor of commodity and specialty chemicals supplying to a diverse range of industry sectors: coatings, food industry, pharmaceutical chemistry, plastics, cosmetics, detergents, paper, construction, mining, inks, adhesives, water treatment, and industrial packaging.

In 2019 , PROCHIMAG and PMS invested in a brand new 5.000 m2 facility with over 2.500 m2 constructed in a perfectly connected industrial zone,10 mn from the international airport and the A1 Casablanca-Rabat Highway.
